Note: Calling Biscaya office between 4:00 PM and 9:00 AM will be only for emergencies; such as:
- In case of fire
- Water leaks or broken pipes
- In case of car accident inside the premises
- In case of theft, fights, severe violation and 911 not responding
- Emergency problem with security personnel (we suggest it should be reported the next day.)
- All other emergencies should be directed to 911 for life threatening issues
Any Board member will be available and help in case of severe emergency as we are residents.
Also, the cost of the calls will be charged to the call initiator (resident ) unless it is an urgent/emergency call.
